Wow, it is almost Christmas. I'm so behind on what I would like to have done for it. First I was pregnant and had to take it easy, then the sadness from loosing both my embryos made me loose all strength and resolve to get things done.
Finished my Christmas cards, barely on time!
Today I managed to finish or at least put together the grocery list, I have rented a car on Sunday, to go and do some serious shopping. Well, we need a Christmas tree - a fake one - because we have allergic people in our midst. It is surprisingly hard to find a nice-looking fake tree, unless you want to spend a small fortune...
Then there is still a bunch of gifts to get and a lot of cooking and baking to be done...
Since I'm behind already we'll see what I'll skip this year.
Getting static about not going to the gym, just don't want to - not ready for it. Also, since I got the swine flu shot yesterday I'm starting to feel a little flu-ish.
Spoke with a friend from Seattle tonight, she had just recently gotten my news, first the good news and then the bad, and wanted to tell me she's feeling for us. Nice to know. She was unusually knowledgeable about egg donation - that I appreciate, it is hard to have to explain the procedure all the time.
Tired now - it is time to take the dog out for the last time today, then to bed.

Christmas seem to have snuck up on us this year, huh? I'm actually happy to not be celebrating traditionally or at home.
